Paris of Long Ago

I chose this Parisian puzzle because I visited there in 2014. I love the quaintness of the buildings , people visiting various sights and the window boxes. This is a very nostalgic puzzle and I'm anxious to start on it. Just like books......so many puzzles, so little time. Thank you eeboo for choosing this artist!

Paris in a Day 1000 Piece Rectangle Puzzle

Inspired by a painting

Thie pic of a primitive style painting of Paris has been in my home for 45 years. I only just started doing puzzles for a hobby. I chose this eeBoo puzzle because it reminded me of the painting. I also chose eeBoo being impressed by a round 500 piece puzzle I completed. (Crazy Bug Bouquet, bright, colorful, cheerful, made me smile) ) Like that one, this ribbon cut puzzle has a shiny surface. The pieces fit nicely where they belonged, sometimes with a snap as pushed into place. I was challenged, but in a satisfying way. Once done I left it on my board for days -- not only to enjoy my accomplishment but to admire the artwork. The last pieces were some of the green leaves and some of the sky. It was great to place the 1000th piece — no missing pieces here. One interesting tidbit, one I did not realize when I bought it — this is / was the only rectangular puzzle in eBoo’s wonderful collection. This puzzle measures 21” x 28”. Their 1000 piece square puzzles measure 23” x 23”. For me, that meant the pieces were a bit larger - a good thing for a newbie! Thank you eeBoo!

Lovely puzzle! A good level of difficulty, excellent color. Very enjoyable. The pieces were cut very well - crisp! I have already recommended your company to others and will be shopping for more!

Correction to “missing 5 pieces”

I previously left a review stating my puzzle was missing 5 pieces but otherwise loved the quality of the puzzle. Yesterday I was in my garage sorting cardboard for recycling and found the pieces in two random boxes. I have absolutely no idea how they landed there but I have reached out to the company to correct my error.. If I could give more than 5 stars I would to reflect the responsiveness of the company.
